Peppered Meat or Fish Steaks
Lightly coat all sides of meat or fish steaks with olive oil.  Grind 2 Tablespoons FOUR PEPPER or THREE PEPPER GRIND onto a flat surface and coat the steaks on each side.  Sear steaks in frying pan for 4-5 minutes (less for fish).  Steaks may also be broiled or barbecued.
