Curried Shrimp-Rice Salad
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup cooked rice, 2 cups cooked, small shrimp, 1/4 cup minced onion, 1/2 cup each of chopped celery and green pepper.  In a small bowl, mix 1 cup plain yogurt and 2 Tablespoons HURRY WITH THE CURRY mix; add salt and pepper to taste.  Blend into the shrimp-rice mixture.  Chill for several hours. Serves 6.
